Hot Tea — A Moment to Pause
Share
There’s comfort in the ritual of making hot tea - the warmth of the mug, the gentle swirl of steam, the familiar scent rising. It’s a few minutes that belong entirely to you.
Whether you prefer it bold or delicate, the way you brew reflects the rhythm of your day.
How to Brew
- Add: One MONO + Fruit sachet to a mug.
- Pour: Water heated to 70–80°C.
- Steep: For 1–2 minutes, depending on strength preferred.
- Refill: When the cup is half-finished, top up with more hot water for a lighter second brew.
Notes
- Hotter water (80°C+) brings a stronger, quicker extraction.
- Cooler water (70°C) yields a softer, sweeter taste with lower caffeine.
From David, Melbourne:
“I’ve made it a rule not to check my phone until I’ve had my morning tea. Those two minutes of brewing feel like a reset — a small moment that’s just mine before the day starts spinning.”
Sometimes, slowing down starts with a simple cup of tea.
