Cold Brew Tea — Calm, Unhurried, Effortless
Share
There’s something beautifully simple about cold brew tea. It asks for almost nothing — just water, time, and a little patience — yet rewards you with a smooth, rounded flavour that tastes like ease itself.
It’s the kind of tea that suits busy mornings, slow afternoons, or long summer days. A quiet companion that sits in your fridge, waiting to refresh and restore.
How to Brew
- Add: One MONO + Fruit or MONO + Craft sachet to 600–800ml of room-temperature water.
- Shake: Seal and shake gently for 10–30 seconds.
- Steep: Leave for around 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Chill: For a deeper, cooler flavour, refrigerate for 2–3 hours or overnight.
Storage
- Keeps beautifully in the fridge for up to 5–7 days.
- You can leave the sachet in until finished — no need to remove early.
From Yann, Sydney:
“I started making a bottle of cold brew before heading to work — it’s become my small morning ritual. By the time I’m at my desk, it’s perfectly chilled. It’s such a gentle, refreshing way to start the day — no rush, just calm.”
Cold brew tea reminds us that good things often happen quietly, without fuss or effort.
